The first step in applying for a job with the Town of Weymouth is to fill out a job application. Job applications can be obtained by visiting the Human Resources Department or by downloading the application. All successful applicants must have an official Town of Weymouth job application form on file regardless of the position for which they are applying.

The Weymouth Police Department and Weymouth Fire Department follow Massachusetts Civil Service Guidelines when hiring new personnel. Positions are hired from an eligible list certified by the Human Resources Division of the Commonwealth of MA.
