Plus $150.00 additional charge for each newly created buildable lot.

• $200/lot for lots = 25,000 square feet (s.f.), 1 set of utility services.
• $300/lot for lots > 25,000 s.f., = 50,000 s.f., 1 set of utility services.
• $400/lot for lots > 50,000 s.f., = 100,000 s.f., 1 set of utility services.
• $500/lot for lots > 100,000 s.f., 1 set of utility services.
• Add $100/lot for each additional set of utility services.

6. Add 20% of fee for each resubmittal, including resubmittal to incorporate DPW comments.

7. For projects that do not involve the construction of a new, habitable, complete building/structure (i.e. additions, sheds, decks, pools, etc.) AND involve no utility work, the above fees are to be reduced by 50%.

Preliminary Subdivision – Form B

Original Plan and 9 copies plus Certified List of Abutters

Plus $1.00 per centerline foot of roadway over 300'.

Definitive Subdivision – Form C

Original Plan and 9 copies, Certified List of Abutters and a reduction of the original plan to 11" x 17".

NOTE: The applicant will be billed directly from the newspaper for the cost of the legal advertisement for the public hearing notice.

Definitive fee is minus preliminary fee if filed within 7 months of preliminary plan.

Plus $100.00 additional charge per lot.

Plus $1.00 per centerline foot of roadway over 300'.

Additional charge based on acreage, square footage and/or roadway centerline.
