Owner’s Project Management Services for Tufts Library Construction

The Town of Weymouth is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” (OPM) as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, § 44A½ and as further defined by provisions stated in the Town’s Request for Services (RFS) # WEY 18 LIB 01, to provide Project Management Services for the design and construction of the Tufts Library, located at 46 Broad Street, Weymouth, Massachusetts, 02188 (“Project”). 

The Town of Weymouth is requesting the services of an Owner’s Project Manager to represent the Town through design and construction phases of the Project, including but not limited to schematic design review, design development, construction documents, bid and award, demolition, construction, LEED certification, and final closeout. The estimated total project cost is $33,061,309. The successful Respondent shall be compensated in an amount negotiated but not to exceed $700,000.

A voluntary pre-response meeting and site visit will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. at the Tufts Library, 46 Broad Street, 1st Floor Jones Room, Weymouth, Massachusetts, 02188.

SEALED RESPONSES ARE DUE Monday, December 4, 2017, at 4:30 p.m. at the Town of Weymouth’s Procurement Office, 75 Middle Street 3rd Floor, Weymouth, Massachusetts 02189.

Written questions and requests for clarification and interpretation must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 via Email.
