Matter of Balance - FREE 8-week program    

Award-winning Falls Prevention Program to help decrease fear of falling, fall risks and increase strength and balance.

September 14 - November 2, Thursdays, 10 a.m. to noon, Tufts Library, 46 Broad Street, Weymouth


My Life, My Health - FREE 6-week program   

Developed by Stanford University, the Self-Management Program teaches skills to manage and cope with chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, pre-diabetes and diabetes.

September 12 - October 17, Tuesdays, 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fogg Library, 1 Columbian St, Weymouth 

October 25 - December 6, Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tufts Library, 46 Broad Street, Weymouth *DIABETES EDITION*

Healthy Eating - FREE 6-week program  

Healthy Eating for successful and active living program focuses on nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote better health.

September 13 - October 18, Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tufts Library, 46 Broad Street, Weymouth
October 24 - November 28, Tuesdays, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Fogg Library, 1 Columbian St, Weymouth 



Tai Chi – FREE 12-week series

Falls Prevention class consists of self-paced, low-impact movement to promote balance, flexibility, strength and range of motion.

July 10 - September 28, Monday & Wednesday 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. / Tuesday & Thursday 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. @ Webb Memorial State Park, 371 River Street, Weymouth
