Matter of Balance - FREE 8-week program    

Award-winning Falls Prevention Program to help decrease fear of falling, fall risks and increase strength and balance.

May 3 – June 21, Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to noon, Tufts Library, 46 Broad Street, Weymouth

May 4 – June 22, Thursdays, 10 a.m. to noon, Fogg Library, 1 Columbian Street, Weymouth

My Life, My Health - FREE 6-week program   

Developed by Stanford University, the Self-Management Program teaches skills to manage and cope with chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, pre-diabetes and diabetes.

April 18  May 30 , Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to noon, Fogg Library, 1 Columbian St, Weymouth 

May 18 – June 22, Thursdays, 10 a.m. to noon, Tufts Library, 46 Broad Street, Weymouth *DIABETES EDITION

Healthy Eating - FREE 6-week program  

Healthy Eating for successful and active living program focuses on nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote better health.

May 16 – June 20, Tuesdays, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Fogg Library, 1 Columbian St, Weymouth 

 

 

Tai Chi – FREE 12-week series

Falls Prevention class consists of self-paced, low-impact movement to promote balance, flexibility, strength and range of motion.

April 10 – June 28, Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Whipple Senior Center, 182 Green Street, Weymouth
