- Testing is available to Town of Weymouth employees and Weymouth residents ONLY.
- Testing is available to Town of Weymouth employees and Weymouth residents BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - No exceptions! You will be turned away if you do not have an appointment
- You MUST provide an email when scheduling an appointment - results are sent via email.
- You MUST fully respond to each question or statement when scheduling your appointment. Please be sure to fully complete responses in the correct format. Not fully completing the form may result in cancellation of your appointment.
