District 3 Councilor Ken DiFazio is inviting residents in the general vicinity of Francer Manufacturing and Supply Company, located at 44 Wharf Street, to attend an informational meeting to discuss possible zoning changes at this location. The meeting will review the reuse potential of the site as well as creating a RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE for this property along with two additional properties. The two additional properties include 548 East Street, which contains an auto repair facility, and 572 East Street, which is utilized as a warehouse and offices for an oil company.
The meeting is scheduled for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3rd, 2019 AT 7PM at the CHAPMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL, 1051 COMMERCIAL STREET, WEYMOUTH. PLEASE NOTE THE MEETING WIL BE HELD IN THE AUDITORIUM.
