Mayor Declares End of State of Emergency

On March 13, 2020 Mayor Hedlund acting pursuant to state and local authority, decleared that a state of emergency had arisen within the Town due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to sustained improvements in public health data in February 2021 and at the advice of the Director of the Town's Office of Emergency Management and other public safety and health officials, the mayor ended the state of emergency in Town on June 15, 2021 at 12:01 a.m..
