Mass4You - A confidential counseling and referral service for employees and their families seeking assistance with work/life and other support services. The program is sponsored through the Group Insurance Commission and membership in the Group Insurance Commission is not required to access this program.The general support telephone number is 1-844-263-1982. The TTY Support for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is 1-844-263-1983. Services include: Three in-person or Tele-EAP (virtual) counseling visits per issue per year at no cost, 30-minute telephonic or in-person legal or mediation consultation per issue per year at no cost, financial advisor access, referrals for child care, elder care and more. The program also offers access to Optum's 24/7 confidential Substance Abuse Treatment Helpline and a licensed clinician by calling 1-855-780-5955.
MIIA EAP - A confidential counseling and referral service providing professional help for employees, their dependents, and members of their household. Services include three in-person or phone counseling sessions, one free thirty minute office or telephone consultation per legal matter, one free thirty minute telephone consultation per financial issue. This program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Call the toll-free number 1- 800-451-1834. A counselor will be available to talk to speak with you directly.
