The Parking Clerk, in conjunction with John Y Brady, Inc. (“JYB”), Deputy Collector, maintains and records all parking violations, applies payments and late fees, reports overdue violations to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, issues registry releases, hears appeals and holds hearings.
