Matter of Balance - FREE 8-week program
*September 13 – November 1, Thursday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Fogg Library, 1 Columbian Sq., Weymouth
My Life, My Health: Diabetes FREE 6-week program
Developed by Stanford University, the Self-Management Program teaches skills to manage and cope with chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, pre-diabetes and diabetes.

Living Well with Chronic Pain - FREE 6-week program
The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program builds confidence in the ability to manage their health, maintain active and fulfilling lives, and cope with pain and chronic conditions.

Healthy Eating - FREE 6-week program
Healthy Eating for successful and active living program focuses on nutrition and lifestyle changes to promote better health.

Tai Chi – 6-week series
Session 1: July 9 – August 16 | Level 1: Tues. & Thurs. 5-6 p.m. & Level 2: Mon. & Wed. 5-6 p.m.
Session 2: August 20 – Sept. 27 | Level 1: Tues. & Thurs. 5-6 p.m. & Level 2: Mon. & Wed. 5-6 p.m.
$25 per session per level or $35 for both levels per session

LEVEL 1 class for those new to Tai Chi, needing a refresher, or preferring a slower pace
