Welcome!

The Weymouth Health Department is home to the Substance Use Prevention Coordinator who uses evidence-based, public health prevention efforts to work with a variety of local and federally funded grants to bring prevention, education, treatment, and recovery options to the residents of Weymouth.

Weymouth is part of the HEALing Communities Study; a research study in partnership with Boston Medical Center that aim to reduce opioid overdose deaths by raising awareness of Naloxone (Narcan). Please use the following link to learn more about HEALing Communities in Weymouth
