Cable Television License Renewal Public Ascertainment Hearing
A public hearing will be held by Mayor Robert Hedlund in his capacity as Weymouth’s cable television license Issuing Authority on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at The Humanities Center, Weymouth High School, 1 Wildcat Way, Weymouth, MA, concerning Comcast Cable (“Comcast” or the “Licensee”) and the possible renewal of its non-exclusive cable license. This hearing is held pursuant to 47 U.S.C. 546. The purpose of the hearing is to allow members of the public an opportunity to comment on Town and public cable needs in a renewal license.
