Mayor Hedlund and Town’s Fourth of July Celebration Committee announce Weymouth’s 2017 Fourth of July Celebration

Weymouth, MA – Mayor Robert Hedlund and the Town of Weymouth’s Fourth of July Celebration Committee are pleased to invite residents to join Weymouth’s 2017 Fourth of July Celebration, to be held Monday, July 3rd, at George Lane-Wessagusset Beach.

The festivities will kick off at 5:00 pm with musical entertainment provided by The New Band and DJ Paul Quintiliani, followed by a spectacular fireworks display beginning at 9:30 pm.

Various inflatables will be provided by It’s 2 Cool, and food and novelty concessions will be available at our food court.

Parking and bus transportation will be provided beginning at 5:00 pm, leaving from the John F. McCulloch Building/Whipple Senior Center at 182 Green Street in North Weymouth.  Return buses will be provided after the fireworks display from George Lane-Wessagusset Beach.

Bring family and friends and join us for a fun-filled evening as Weymouth celebrates Independence Day.
