The Weymouth Residential Assistance Program (WRAP) is now available.

This program is funded through the HUD COVID-19 grant. This funding provides rental and mortgage assistance to Weymouth residents making up to 80% of area median income who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Click here for the Weymouth Residential Assistance Program application.

This assistance can help Weymouth residents with payments for rent or mortgage, or if you need first and last month’s rent to help you move. You may use a smartphone to complete this online form but a computer or tablet might be easier. Please have your documents (listed in the Client Checklist below) with you when you fill out the ELECTRONIC FORM so that you can upload them at the end of the form. You will need the other adults (who are over 18 years) in your household to be home when you fill out the form as all adults will have to sign in several places.

Current Income limits can be viewed here.
