Reports regarding Property Damage

Residents claiming property damage related to the Town's snow removal process can and should file with their own homeowner's insuarnace. If their carrier so chooses, they will subrogate to the Town's insurance - MIIA. MIIA will then investigate the claim and make a decision on the Town's behalf.
