Tai Chi - 6-week series
Low-impact Falls Prevention class with movements to promote balance, flexibility, strength and range of motion. Each week builds upon movements learned previously and progresses throughout the 6 weeks.
Session 1: July 9 – August 16
*Level 1: Tues. & Thurs. 5-6 p.m. & Level 2: Mon. & Wed. 5-6 p.m.
Session 2: August 20 – Sept. 27
*Level 1: Tues. & Thurs. 5-6 p.m. & Level 2: Mon. & Wed. 5-6 p.m.
LEVEL 1 class for those new to Tai Chi, needing a refresher, or preferring a slower pace
LEVEL 2 class for those experienced with Tai Chi
*Level 1 OR Level 2 is $25 per session
LEVEL 1 & 2: offered for those experience with Tai Chi and preferring 2+ days of instruction per week
*Level 1 & 2: $35 per session

$25 per session per level | $35 for both levels per session
