How many copies of plans and materials should I submit?

All new applications to the Zoning Board require 26 sets of completed packets including all plans and material. Each packet should include the completed application, site plans, architectural or design plans, and any other supportive material. All material should be submitted by the filing deadlines listed on the Board's meeting calendar and on the Board's webpage.

If a public hearing is continued and revised plans or additional material requested, 12 sets of everything should be submitted and collated. Material should be submitted at least 10-15 business days in advance of the continued hearing. Please verify the number and the submission date with the Principal Planner for continued cases.
