What are the decision timelines for the Board?

The Board must make a decision within the following statatory timeframes unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement between the applicant and the Board:

• Special Permits - no later than 90 days after the close of the public hearing
• Variances - no later than 100 days from the application filing date
