Who is the project designer?

The term project designer refers to the team of individuals and firms who collectively provide the architectural, engineering, and other professional services required to design and bid a public building project. A registered architect will typically lead the team, and he/she will subcontract specialized portions of the work to subconsultants. In March 2018, the Town chose Tappé Architects of Boston to lead the design team for the New Tufts Library Project.
