Yes, please see the Town of Weymouth Code of Ordinances (section 6-1101) for details. Applications for yard sales can either be downloaded under the Town Clerk’s Department section of the website, picked up at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Council Office, reception desk (Town Hall) or the Police Department. The completed application and filing fee is to be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office for processing.
