Instructions

Massachusetts General Laws allow individuals to challenge the issuance of parking tickets. Your appeal request can submitted online using the form below, sent via email to parkingclerk@weymouth.ma.us or by mailing your appeal to the Parking Clerk, Town of Weymouth, 75 Middle St, Weymouth, MA 02189.

Please make a copy of the ticket/notice if sending by mail. Attach an image of the ticket if sending by email, or upload an image below if submitting through the online form. Please keep the original ticket in your possession.

All challenges to parking tickets must be received by the Office of the Parking Clerk within 21 days of the date of the ticket.
