Recreational Camp Information
In accordance with 105 CMR 430.000 Recreational Camp applications must be submitted to the Weymouth Health Department 90 days before the camp opens.

At this time applications must be printed and mailed/dropped off at our office (75 Middle Street, Weymouth) along with the appropriate fee and support documentation. We do not have the capability of accepting electronic applications.
- 1 - 50 campers is $50 *
- 51 - 150 campers is $75 *
- +150 campers is $100 *
