The Massachusetts Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Program provides support to cities and towns to begin the process of planning for climate change. Through the MVP Program, the Town of Weymouth has completed a community-based vulnerability assessment and developed a planning report with recommendations for increasing community resilience against climate change hazards. The Town’s MVP-certified provider, Stantec Urban Places Group of Boston, will present the results of this vulnerability assessment and outline the planning report’s top recommendations.
