What is my property worth?

The Town of Weymouth's Assessors Division calculates the full and fair cash value of every parcel of land in Weymouth and the buildings on the land. To view the assessed value of a property, residents and business owners can use the online Weymouth Property Viewer:

• Input the House Number and select the Street Name; then click Search.
• Click the Map link for the desired property.
• Current values for the property are displayed under the Assessment tab in the bottom right corner of the window.
• To print or save the values, click the Property Record Card link under the same tab.
