My neighbor has agreed to give me some of his/her land. How can I change my property line?

Under the Subdivision Control Law, you must submit a Form A, also known as an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan, to the Department of Planning and Community Development for endorsement by the Planning Board. Please note that before endorsing any plan, the Planning Board will consider the lot’s frontage and access. The plan should also meet lot area requirements and setbacks; non-buildable lots should be labeled as such; and they should contain a statement that the Board’s endorsement does not signify zoning compliance.
