What documents are required to apply for a special permit or variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals?

At minimum, the following documents are required to file an application to the Board of Zoning Appeals:

• Completed application form
• Certified plot plan or site plan prepared by a registered land surveyor or professional engineer
• Elevation, rendering, floor plan, design and construction plans.
• Application filing fee – certified check or money order payable to Town of Weymouth (see Fee Schedule)
• Advertising fee – certified check or money order payable to Gatehouse Media (see Fee Schedule)
